CueLoom grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for speeches, presentations, video broadcasting, live streaming, and content creation in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights over all scripts, texts, and multimedia content you produce or prompt using the App. CueLoom claims no copyright or proprietary rights over your original works.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use CueLoom to display, prompt, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing materials.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide smooth scrolling and optical teleprompter reflection modes, we make no guarantees that operation will be completely uninterrupted on every custom Android ROM or hardware configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and team of CueLoom shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
